Children at worship

"Let the little children come to me, and do not stop them; for it is to such as these that the kingdom of God belongs." Luke 18:16

As a congregation of the United Church of Christ we are deeply commited to the phrase "all are welcome here." It is our practice at First Congregational to welcome even the littlest of persons into the worship space.

There will be an opportunity for our little friends to come forward and hear a message that is designed for their understanding. Know that participation in this "children's message" is not manditory and is up to the child to decide their level of participation as he or she sees fit.

If you will be bringing a toddler or younger we offer changing tables in the restroom located in the lower level of the Church. We also feature a small quiet area (located across form the restrooms) that houses some small toys and quiet activities if you wish to take your child out during service.
